After spending all afternoon taking the "witching hour" concept to a whole new level (perhaps in honor of Halloween?), Clara Bear calmed down enough to spend her first Halloween with her friends Charlie Brown and a Pink Octopus. (aka Jake and Addie). The "adults" in the room drank beer, ate pizza, and generally behaved as if we were the paparazzi catching Brangelina having a threesome with Jennifer Aniston. (Confession here... I read WAY too much US Weekly.)



Janine has written an account of the evening that will be hard to top, so I shall just lead you there instead of attempting to make my sleep-deprived brain come up with the appropriate words myself.
